Terms of service.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Joinerie Closets website and to products and services purchased directly from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, measurement, delivery, and payment information.

The configurator provides a design and price based on the information you enter. You are responsible for measuring the room accurately and identifying relevant site conditions. We review the information with you and send final drawings for approval before any part is cut. Your approval confirms the dimensions, layout, finish, and specifications shown in those drawings.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The closet price includes the panels, hardware, fillers, and selected accessories shown in the design. Standard shipping within the United States is $100. Rush shipping adds a $250 fee. Use code FREESHIP for $100 off through September 30, 2026. The rush fee is not discounted. Applicable sales tax and any expressly approved additional service are added at checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when checkout is completed and we send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, product unavailability, or a design we cannot safely manufacture. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

Your order is fully refundable until you approve the final drawings. Once the drawings are approved and production begins, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded because the parts are made specifically for your room. This does not limit a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and reasonable delivery access.

Closet systems must be assembled, leveled, and anchored according to the custom installation guide and applicable building requirements. You may install the closet yourself or hire a qualified handyman or installer. You are responsible for confirming wall construction, concealed utilities, suitable anchors, and safe working conditions. If you are unsure, use a qualified professional.

Screens, photographs, and manufactured finish lots may vary slightly in color, grain, texture, and sheen. These ordinary variations are not defects. Product details may change when a component is discontinued, but we will not make a material substitution to an approved order without your consent.

Qualifying residential closet systems are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. That warranty states the coverage, exclusions, claim process, and available remedy.

The website, configurator, designs, text, images, graphics, software, and brand elements are owned by Joinerie Closets or used with permission. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for personal or legitimate business purchasing. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, copy or resell the configurator, scrape the site at scale, introduce harmful code, or use the site unlawfully.

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, or availability.

Except for an express written warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available and without additional warranties. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joinerie Closets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the website or an order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms as the website, products, or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
