Shipping policy.

We ship closet orders to valid addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship closet orders internationally.

Standard shipping is $100 on every closet order to an address in the United States. Use code FREESHIP at checkout for $100 off through September 30, 2026.

Every closet is made to order. After checkout, we confirm your measurements and send detailed drawings for approval. Production begins only after you approve those drawings. Your order ships within 5 business days after approval.

Standard transit normally takes one to two weeks (5–10 business days) after the order ships. Rush shipping adds a $250 fee and normally arrives within a week (2–5 business days). The rush fee still applies when FREESHIP is used. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, access restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

We will send shipping confirmation and tracking or delivery details when they are available. If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we will provide an updated date and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for telling us about access restrictions before shipment. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed appointment, or undisclosed access restriction may be charged to you where permitted by law.

Inspect the shipment when it arrives. Report visible or concealed damage within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and affected part. We will replace a part confirmed to have been damaged in transit.
